How
It Works
We provide strategic home staging services that prepare properties for the market. From space planning and furniture selection to art, accessories, and final styling, we design each home to highlight its strengths and appeal to today's buyers.
Consultation
We start with an on-site or virtual consultation to walk through the property, assess layout and condition, and identify opportunities to maximize buyer appeal. We consider the target buyer, price point, and market strategy for each listing.
Design & Planning
Based on our assessment, we create a customized staging plan. This includes space planning, furniture selection, and styling direction tailored specifically to the home's layout and architectural features.
Staging Day
Our team installs furniture, art, and accessories, transforming the home into a cohesive, market-ready space. Each room is styled to feel balanced, functional, and inviting.
Photography & Showings
The staged home is ready for professional photography and showings, ensuring it presents beautifully online and in person.
De-Staging
Once the home goes under contract or at the end of the staging period, we return to carefully remove all staging items.
How long does staging last?
Staging is included for up to 30 days from installation. Extensions are available if needed, with renewal packages starting at $275 per week for the basic package. Pricing may vary based on added services or inventory.
Do you stage occupied homes?
No. We specialize exclusively in vacant home staging, fully furnishing and styling empty properties to showcase space, flow, and buyer appeal.
When do you charge for your services?
Payment isn't due until your home closes. This allows sellers and agents to benefit from professional staging with no upfront cost, helping listings sell faster and for more.
What areas do you service?
We serve the greater Grand Rapids area within approximately 30 miles. We're happy to travel throughout West Michigan; projects outside our standard service area may include a mileage fee of up to $200, noted on the invoice.

Basic Staging Package
Our Basic Staging Package includes a full stage of the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, main bathroom, and secondary bathroom (when applicable). Staging is provided for 30 days at an investment of $1,500.
We are happy to offer a complimentary walk-through of the property prior to the staging date, if desired. During this visit, we'll assess the space, discuss your goals, and help you select from a variety of optional add-ons to further enhance your home's presentation.

Office: $250
